Carbine House - Wonthaggi

This completed house, located in Wonthaggi, Victoria, stands out among thehomes in the new estate. The single-story design features a modern barn style with a combination of gable and flat roofing. The high pitched gables and raked internal ceilings create a unique and spacious feel inside, while the low/flat roofs and ceilings in certain areas provide a cozy atmosphere.

Externally, the house showcases a combination of recycled red bricks and James Hardie 133mm axon cladding in monument, creating a striking contrast. These materials allow the landscaping to take center stage, with its earthy tones beautifully complementing the muted tones of the house.

Inside, a standout feature is the combination fireplace and window seat, offering a cozy and inviting space with a view onto the central courtyard.
