The preliminary concept sketches are enhanced to develop a comprehensive 3D model and architectural drawings that showcase the final project design. These drawings meticulously outline the site plan, floor plans, and exterior elevations. Onsite Design has an in depth and up-to-date understanding of the local councils, building codes of Victoria and new developer’s guidelines. We put together design proposal packages for council and/or developer and will help you through each stage until the final approval.

Our team manages the coordination of any additional consultants contributing to the project, integrating their input into our documentation.

Staying on top of costs and hitting our client’s construction budget is of utmost importance. For most it is make or break.

As such, in most cases we try to engage with 2-3 builders earlier on in the project when the design drawings and close to completion. Our Design Development drawings are accurate, and we have enough information to brief a builder to calculate a very accurate estimate. This will allow for builder feedback before we proceed with approval and technical drawings for your project.

A building Permit is written approval by a Registered Building Surveyor. We will liaise with the Registered builder and other relevant consultants and assist where required to help your project gain approval for the building permit.
