Five Acre Cabins- Ventnor

Five Acre Cabins is a new boutique farm-stay created to take full advantage of its surrounding rugged landscape and the natural beauty of Western Port Bay. Set just outside of Phillip Island’s main town, this farm-stay offers with its functional but beautiful design and stunning location, a romantic hideaway from the rest of the world.

Three cabins set aside each other, each cabin is settled into the landscape. With the timber made to match the farmlands, the black exterior is a good foil for the green. The black helps the cabin to recede into the landscapes and draw the viewer’s eye to the distinctions among different shades of green. The A-frame shapes are reminiscent of the simple countryman’s farm shack but modernized with its clean black lines.

Each cabin holds a simple rustic interior layout. All have a functional kitchenette and a lounge that looks up at a raised platform that sits the bedroom, simple yet luxurious. The bathroom makes artificial light redundant with the shower skylight and a floor-to-ceiling window looking out at the private deck with a decadent outdoor bath.

These cabins champion their surroundings and offer you the perfect romantic getaway.
